These territories that we cover are Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and the Panhandle of Florida. We cover these areas from our main office located in Austell, GA. This allows all of our internal and external sales forces to easily communicate with each other and share ideas on how to better serve and expand our customer base. This has helped J.W. Our warehouse is located on the west side of Atlanta and is located to many LTL truck terminals and the UPS main shipping terminal. We offer same day shipping when an order is received. Our warehouse is a selling tool for J.W. Cooler Company to bring convenience, service, and efficiency to our customers. We have a full service staff of inside personnel to assist with design, quote/inventory requests, and order entry. Our sales staff in our Austell, GA location is an extension of our manufacturing partners to help increase the foot print of service for the Southeastern United States. J.W. Cooler Company also provides after hours service to help our customers in need in a time where they may be down. Service is what we believe that sets J.W. Cooler Company apart from our competition.
